Terms of Service

Welcome to Nexit ("the Platform"), operated at n-exit.com. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Service
Nexit is an online marketplace where users can list, buy, and sell digital assets such as websites, SaaS products, domains, scripts, social media accounts, and similar digital properties. Nexit acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.
2. Fees
Listing an asset on Nexit is free. When a sale completes, Nexit charges the seller a commission of 10% of the final sale price. The commission is automatically deducted at payment time. There are no other mandatory fees.
3. Payments & Escrow
Payments are processed by third-party providers: Stripe, PayPal, and Escrow.com. Funds are held with buyer protection until the asset transfer is confirmed. Transactions over $10,000 must use Escrow.com. Nexit never holds buyer funds in its own bank account.
4. Seller Obligations
- All information in a listing must be accurate and verifiable.
- You must own or have full rights to sell the listed asset.
- You must transfer the asset promptly after payment is secured.
- Misrepresenting revenue, traffic, or other metrics is grounds for account termination and may be fraud.
5. Buyer Obligations
- Perform your own due diligence before purchasing. AI valuations and platform metrics are informational, not guarantees.
- Confirm receipt of the asset promptly after a successful transfer.
- Payment disputes must be raised through the Platform's dispute process or the payment provider.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not list assets that are illegal, infringe intellectual property, involve deceptive traffic or engagement, violate the terms of the underlying platform (e.g. YouTube, Facebook), or facilitate fraud, malware, or spam.
7. Disputes
If a transaction goes wrong, either party may open a dispute in the Platform. Nexit may mediate in good faith but does not guarantee any outcome. Escrow.com transactions follow Escrow.com's dispute procedures.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent fees, or harm other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; financial records are retained as required by law.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is". Nexit does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the performance of purchased assets, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexit's liability is limited to the commission received on the transaction concerned.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
